These 5kg weight plates are filled with sand and covered with robust, floor-friendly rubber to minimize noise and floor damage. Easily add and remove plates to ensure an appropriate workout for your specific muscles. Plus, the included solid chrome plated steel Barbell Bar, holds up to 150kg and is compatible with most standard 31mm – 35mm hole weight plates, so you can work at any weight.
