Raise or lower your payment, move your payment day to any weekday, switch between weekly and fortnightly, or take a break — skip one payment, once every 90 days. All of it in your account at my.layawaydepot.co.nz, free.

The price you start with is the price you finish with, even if the shop price goes up while you pay.

As soon as your layby is paid off we order the exact item you chose and deliver it free, anywhere in New Zealand, with tracking. The timeframe is set out in your agreement.

Change the plan first if you can see it coming. If a debit does fail we retry it, and a $2.50 administration fee is added for each failed payment. Your bank may charge its own fee as well.

We offer you a substitute in writing, of equal or greater value at no extra cost, or a full refund of everything you have paid. Your choice.

Cancel any time before delivery by emailing retentions@layawaydepot.co.nz. Cancel within 10 business days of your order confirmation and there is no fee. After that the fee is $55, or 20% of the payments you have made if that is higher, capped at $250 and never more than you have paid. The rest is refunded to your original payment method.
