Layaway Depot operates exclusively under a Lay-By model. This means your product is reserved for you while you make payments over time. Unlike Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) services, we do not provide credit or early product delivery. Your order will be delivered only once all payments are made in full. Under New Zealand law, customers can cancel their lay-by agreement at any time before final payment, subject to a cancellation fee.
