Cancellation and Refund

• You have the right to cancel this Agreement at no charge within 5 working days from the date you received this Agreement (“cooling off period”).

• After the cooling off period but before delivery of the product, you have the right to cancel the Agreement. However, you will incur a cancellation charge. Our cancellation fee reflects the reasonable administrative and storage costs associated with managing lay-by agreements. The fee is 15% of the product’s value, up to a maximum of $250.
