Direct debit authority

I, the customer named above, authorise Layaway Depot (Layaway Depot NZ Ltd) and its direct debit banking merchants to debit the account above:

• — payments of — every week, starting — and ending —. If a payment day is not a business day it is processed on the next business day.
• Total of all payments: — — the price shown, with no interest. The price never goes up because I take longer to pay.
• I can pay more, pay less, move my payment day or take a break in my account at any time, and I can cancel before delivery. The cancellation terms are set out in the box below.
• By entering my bank details I authorise direct debit of the payments from this account under the Direct Debit Service Agreement in the terms, and by signing I authorise Layaway Depot to use my signature to confirm the validity of the direct debit authority with its third party direct debit banking merchants.
• A copy of this authority will be emailed to me with my agreement.
