The padded and adjustable Speed Resistor Belt from adidas is made up of layers of tough webbing to soak up even the most powerful sprint start. Two 2.4m ultra resistance tubes are enclosed in an outer sleeve to preserve their strength and also protect them from damage. Metal fittings ensure that all moving parts are reliable and secure even in the hands of the most explosive athletes.
Straight line explosive sessions work best with the optimal distance being between 15–35m of fast cadence roll outs.
