Reliable Extrusion with Quick-swap Nozzle

The direct drive extruder of Ender-3 V3 is enhanced by a bolster spring and a ball plunger. It grips on filament tightly without slackening off.

A powerful ceramic heater surrounds the hotend. It can fully melt ABS, PETG and other high-temp filaments on the fly.

The durable steel-tipped copper nozzle is integrated with a titanium alloy heatbreak. It blocks heatcreep and can be swapped super easily.

The gantry and base are each a single aluminum alloy piece made by integrated die-casting. With fewer bolts and seams, Ender-3 V3 is incredibly solid and stable.

The edges and corners are softened with minor curves, so that Ender-3 V3 looks more integral and elegant.

Two fans, front and back on the printhead, cool the freshly printed section rapidly and evenly. Gone with the wind is any drooping, warping, or stringing. Moreover, dynamic balancing is adopted for printhead fans for reduced vibrations.
