Our Ape Style Weight Bench will help you work towards increased strength and core power. With 6 backrest pad positions, simply adjust to incline, decline, or flat positions to support a range of exercises.
The resistance bands attached can be used for your strength training by increasing more additional exercise options.
Use your favourite dumbbells (weights not included) with your exercise bench for an added challenge. A sturdy weight plate holder, giving your home gym that neat and professional look. Utilise the leg lockdown after adjusting your exercise bench into a decline to isolate and strengthen your abdominal muscles.
- Robust Frame & Comfortable Pad
Designed a unique frame with heavy-gauge and made of powder-coated steel, which is very sturdy and durable. Plastic anti-slip ankle roller pads prevent the sliding of the excise board to ensure the safety during exercise, also prevent the steel pipe from rubbing and scratching the floor. Plus, upgraded thick backrest and seat made of leather and filled with soft foam to ensure comfortable workouts every single time.
