Data Deletion Request — Layaway Depot NZ

• Subject line: "Delete My Data"
• Your full name
• The email address associated with your account
• Any relevant order or account information
What Happens Next

• We will verify your identity to protect your account
• Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
• You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete
What Data Is Deleted

• Account information (name, email, phone number)
• Order history
• Payment records (excluding data required for legal/tax obligations)
• Any data obtained through Facebook or Meta login

We may retain certain data where required by law, such as transaction records for tax and accounting purposes. This data will be kept securely and only for as long as legally required.
