The Pura Raza Española Mare from Schleich® Horse Club enchants with her long, flowing mane that is typical for this horse breed. Her similarity to the Andalusian horses is no coincidence as the Pura Raza Española, or PRE for short, are a breeding line within the Andalusian breed.
They have been recognized as a separate breed by the Spanish breeder’s association since 1912. You can therefore say that all PREs are Andalusians but not all Andalusians are PREs.
