This duo of TRNR Pilates Balls (one small, one medium) delivers greater core strength, balance, coordination, range of motion, and postural alignment. Each ball can be used as a supportive base to facilitate exercises, as a resistance tool for an added challenge, or simply to provide instability and recruit more muscles. The variation in size offers different levels of assistance or resistance and makes it ideal to perform a wide range of exercises that target the pelvic floor muscles, abdominals, obliques, hips, back, arms, and legs.
Particularly recommended for Pilates, yoga, ballet, post-natal recovery, and physical therapy exercises, the Pilates Balls are easy to inflate or deflate as required and pack away flat for convenient travel.
