For the cat house, great value.
Our cat loves this, she is a slightly smaller cat, but as long as your cat is within healthy weight range it should be fine. She likes to sleep in the small top basket a lot.
Surprisingly sturdy once put together. Instructions aren't great, use a photo on your phone as well. Can easily be put together in 20 minutes -- and as long as you have lightly braced against something, or a average/smaller cat, it's perfect for them to sleep and lazily puts around on. I put it by one of our desks and they love it.
Freya is picky when it comes to her towers, the other tower I got for her she's not too fond of. However, this one? She loves it. It's small so it's doesn't get in the way, and she can jump up and down without any fear. I recommend this one over the bigger one.
