The mounting rings have a 360 degrees rotating anti-wrap ring, it allows flags to fly freely in the direction of the wind, and preventing the flag from wrapping around the flagpole.

- With 360 degrees rotating anti-wrap ring design and upgraded build-in screw, allow even on a windy day the flag flies freely.
- This mounting ring clamps take less than 5 seconds to install, just simply attach the clip to the ring of the flagpole, adjust its position on the flagpole and secure the screw with a hex wrench.
- It designed for flags with rope loops, compatible with any flagpole 1-1.26 feet in diameter.
