I’ve worked closely with the manufacturer to put seven targets on this wall bag; meaning that when punching the bag, it’s easier to react to the targets to deliver accurate hits
Fix to a solid block wall or strong timber bracing.
Recommended Height from the ground is 1.2m to the bottom of the steel frame that you fixed to the wall.
