Front and Rear Suspension for Double Comfort
The F3’s front hydraulic & rear elastomer suspension ensures bump-free rides, even on cobble or brick roads, making it ideal for city commuting.
10-inch Tubeless Self-sealing Tyres
The F3 comes equipped with 10-inch tubeless self-sealing tyres, inflated for extra stability and comfort. The tyres can instantly seal punctures, providing easy, low-maintenance performance for a hassle-free ride.
Large Footboard, Comfort Ride
With ample space for your feet, F3’s 180 × 510 mm footboard ensures a stable and secure stance on every ride. Additionally, the integrated magnesium alloy die-casting technique enhances overall stability.

Longer Range
Our signature self-developed SegRange™ system uses a brushless motor, long-range tires, and optimized algorithms to increase range by 20%, letting you go farther on the same battery capacity. With a built-in battery capacity of 477Wh combined with SegRange™, the F3 offers a range of up to 70 km.
Extra Range with Optional Battery
The external battery of 460 Wh can provide an andditional range up to 61 km at 15km/h. It can be charged independently, accommodating various charging scenarios for ultimate convenience and extended journeys.
Navigation
The integrated navigation guidance on the F3’s display makes route planning quick and easy.
The Navigation feature will be available for free during the first year. In partnership with HERE, we are continuously working to improve directions for eKickScooters. Please do not rely solely on the navigation directions; always be prepared to adjust your route or driving behavior according to real-time road conditions and local road and traffic regulations. You remain fully responsible for the safe operation of the vehicle while using the navigation feature.
Incoming Call Notification
The display alerts you to incoming calls, so you never miss an important call while keeping your focus on the road.

Stay in touch with your eKickScooter’s riding status, including speed, battery life, modes, trip distance, and many more.
Auto-Unlock: Easy Start
The AirLock system unlock your eKickScooter based on your proximity. The F3 is ready to ride when you approach it. Activate and personalize locking distance in the Segway Mobility app.
Track your ekickScooter with Apple Find My network
Simply activate Apple Find My through the Segway Mobility App and pair it with your eKickScooter. Then, easily detect your eKickScooter using the “Find My” App on your Apple devices whenever needed.
To use the Apple Find My to locate this item, the latest version of iOS, iPadOS, or macOS is recommended. The Find Items app on Apple Watch requires the latest version of watchOS.

IPX6 Water Resistence
The F3 now boasts an upgraded IPX6 water resistance rating. It offers robust protection against powerful water jets, ensuring reliable performance even in wet conditions.
The product is protected against high pressure water stream from any angle, which has been rated IPX6 for water resistance according to the IEC Standard 60529 and has been tested under controlled conditions. Do not charge the product when it is wet or in a moist environment. Immersion in liquid and the resulting damage is not covered by the warranty.
Enhanced Locking Convenience
The F3 features a dedicated front locking rim at the base of the stem, making it easier to use chain or U-locks. This provides a more flexible, convenient, and secure locking option.

When your final payment has been processed, we quickly ship your product to you. Despatch will occur as close as possible to the date estimated when you customised your plan.
Delivery
All our stock is held in local warehouses in New Zealand.
Layaway Depot will usually dispatch your goods within 7 - 21 business days of completing your Layby payments.
This time frame factors in the confirmation of the Layby order include your payment method, processing and dispatch from the warehouse and the transport of the items via couriers. The 'In Stock' status on our website can mean the stock is either in our warehouse, or available with our supplier.
Whilst we endeavour to get items delivered to you as soon as possible we do, however, need to allow that 7 - 21 business day window to accommodate the processes above.
Delivery tracking details will be emailed to the email address on the account as soon as they are known. Your goods must be delivered to the delivery address as shown on your initial order.
Deliveries require a signature on delivery and if no one is at the property to sign for the package a calling card will be left by the driver with details of how to arrange redelivery or collection.
If their are multiple items on your order, you may receive multiple deliveries shipped by multiple couriers since items may be sent from different warehouse locations.
Large/bulky items (eg furniture and whitegoods) may take longer to deliver and may also incur an additional freight fee. If an additional freight fee is expected for your order you will be contacted via email after the order has been successfully placed.

We guarantee your satisfaction with all Layaway Depot merchandise. If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect item(s), you may return the product(s) at no cost to you. Once we receive the item(s) and verify the return of product(s), we will send you a replacement or issue you a full refund, including shipping and handling.
Please choose carefully when ordering. Once you have ordered the item, you are committed to the purchase. Under the Consumer Guarantees Act, you are only entitled to a refund in the event of a major product failure - not if you simply change your mind or you later discover that you picked the wrong colour or the item doesn't fit.
You are entitled to a refund if the item you purchased is: not of acceptable quality, does not match the description, does not match the sample or demonstration model shown to you or for any other reason permitted under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
