In order to protect your wood from the unpredictable New Zealand weather, it is highly recommended to treat it with water-based paint. New Zealand’s climate, characterized by hot summers and cold rainy winters, can lead to various issues for untreated wood, including warping, splitting, and the growth of mold and mildew. By regularly treating your wood, you can preserve its appearance and integrity for years to come.
To ensure optimal maintenance, it is advisable to treat your exterior wood every 12–18 months, or even more frequently (every 6 months) depending on your specific geographical location. Treating your outdoor wood on an annual basis is the most effective way to safeguard your furniture and fixtures from the elements while keeping them aesthetically pleasing.

Your warranty will cover any manufacturing defects which, if existing, will present themselves within this warranty period.
Your warranty will not cover normal wear and tear, faults caused by misuse, and accidents which cause damage or theft caused after delivery. Using the product in a way it is not designed for will void your warranty.
