Please open your mattress package within 72 hours of receiving and allow 48 hours for your new mattress to return to its original, plush shape.

Pick up is available from New Lynn, Auckland. Delivery to your home is an optional service and if you select this option, you will be required to pay the direct shipping cost based on the cubic meter weight of the product, this charge will be added to your account without any additional fees.
