Product Overview:

The Fenix HM71R is a high-performance rechargeable headlamp designed for industrial use, featuring a magnetic base and belt clip for hands-free operation. It combines spotlight and floodlight capabilities with eight lighting modes and a maximum output of 2700 lumens. Powered by a 5000mAh high-capacity battery, it provides up to 400 hours of light. The headlamp is IP68-rated waterproof and dustproof, impact-resistant to 2 meters, and includes a battery level indicator.

Operating Instructions:

Function	Operation
On/Off	Press and hold the switch for 0.5 seconds.
Mode Switching	- Off: Hold switch for 0.5 seconds to enter Spotlight mode; double-click to enter Floodlight mode. - On: Hold switch for 1.2 seconds to switch modes.
Output Selection	- Spotlight Mode: Single click to cycle through Low, Med, High, Turbo. - Floodlight Mode: Single click to cycle through Read, Low, Med, High.
Lock/Unlock	- Lock: When off, press and hold for 3 seconds (blinks 4 times in Read mode). - Unlock: When locked, press and hold for 3 seconds (4 one-second blinks in Read mode).
Intelligent Memory Circuit	Remembers last Spotlight mode output. Restarts with previously used Spotlight output. Floodlight mode starts at the lowest level.

Battery Replacement:

Unscrew the cap, insert the battery with the anode side (+) towards the inside, then screw the cap back on.

Charging:

Uncover the anti-dust cap and plug the USB Type-C cable into the charging port.
Charging time for the Fenix ARB-L21-5000 V2.0 is about 4 hours (5V/2A) with the lamp off.
Indicator will show red while charging and green when fully charged.

Note: Only use Fenix ARB-L21-5000 V2.0 battery.

Intelligent Overheat Protection:

Automatically reduces lumens when temperature reaches 65°C or above. Resumes normal operation when temperature drops below 65°C.

Low-voltage Warning:

The headlamp downshifts to a lower brightness level when voltage drops below preset levels. In Low output, the indicator blinks to remind you to recharge or replace the battery.

Headband Assembly:

The headband is pre-assembled. Adjust by sliding the buckle to the desired length.

Usage and Maintenance:

Disassembling the sealed head will void the warranty.
Use only high-quality Fenix batteries.
Remove the battery if the lamp is not used for an extended period to avoid electrolyte leakage damage.
Loosen the cap or remove the battery to prevent accidental activation during storage or transportation.
Periodic cleaning of battery contacts is recommended to maintain performance.

Delivery

All our stock is held in local warehouses in New Zealand.

Layaway Depot will usually dispatch your goods within 7 - 21 business days of completing your Layby payments.

This time frame factors in the confirmation of the Layby order include your payment method, processing and dispatch from the warehouse and the transport of the items via couriers. The 'In Stock' status on our website can mean the stock is either in our warehouse, or available with our supplier.

Whilst we endeavour to get items delivered to you as soon as possible we do, however, need to allow that 7 - 21 business day window to accommodate the processes above.

Delivery tracking details will be emailed to the email address on the account as soon as they are known. Your goods must be delivered to the delivery address as shown on your initial order.

Deliveries require a signature on delivery and if no one is at the property to sign for the package a calling card will be left by the driver with details of how to arrange redelivery or collection.

If their are multiple items on your order, you may receive multiple deliveries shipped by multiple couriers since items may be sent from different warehouse locations.

Large/bulky items (eg furniture and whitegoods) may take longer to deliver and may also incur an additional freight fee. If an additional freight fee is expected for your order you will be contacted via email after the order has been successfully placed.
